Do you offer a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial. However, users on Free plan are given 35 credits to use on selected models.
How do credits work?
Credits are a measure of computational resources used to generate images or videos. They represent the processing power, memory, and time required for each generation. Different workloads consume varying amounts of credits based on their complexity and output quality. For example, generating a high-resolution image or a longer video will use more credits than a smaller image or shorter video.
What are the differences between subscription credits and permanent credits?
Subscription credits come with your monthly plan and reset each billing cycle - they don't carry over to the next month. Permanent credits are purchased separately as one-time credit packets that never expire and remain in your account until used.
Where can I see my credit balance?
You can see your credit balance on your Dashboard page. It will show you your total credit balance, breakdown of your subscription credits and permanent credits, and the start and end date of your current subscription.
How are monthly subscription credits and permanent credits deducted when generating content?
Because monthly subscription credits won't last, they are always deducted first when running generation tasks. Permanent credits are used only when there are no enough subscription credits left to fullfil the generation tasks. For example, if you have have 10 subscription credits plus 10 permanent credits, and your task requires 15 credits, the 10 subscription credits will be deducted first, and then the remaining 5 credits will be deducted from your permanent credits. If you have 0 subscription credits, and have 15 permanent credits. Then all 15 required credits will be deducted from your permanent credits.
Can I roll over unused subscription credits to the following billing cycle?
Subscription credits do not accumulate or carry over between billing cycles. At the start of each month, your credit balance is reset to your plan's allocated amount, regardless of any unused units from the previous month.
What if I need more credits than my subscription plan allows?
You can either upgrade your plan, or purchase a permanent credit packet. If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the difference. If you purchase a permanent credit packet, you will be charged the full amount and the credits will be added to your account.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscriptionplan?
Yes, you can change your subscriptionplan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the difference. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What is RenderFlow AI's refund policy?
We in general do NOT issue refund. However if you have not used any credit that come with your subscription, and do not plan to use them anymore, you can contact us to talk about starting the refund process
Do I own the assets I generate?
You retain the full ownership, copyright and other intellectual property rights of all the assets you generate on RenderFlow AI
